As of January 20, 2020, we no longer offer COIs for customers renting inflatables or dunk tanks. You may use your private insurance to obtain special event coverage.
All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the booking. Balances must be paid the week prior to delivery. Cancellations made more than 3 days before the event will have the deposit retained as store credit; cancellations within 3 days will have the deposit retained and any remaining balance transferred to store credit.
If you need to reschedule due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we offer rain checks valid for two years, provided our crew has not already loaded or dispatched your order.
If linens are not returned or are damaged, you will be charged a replacement cost between $50 and $125 per missing or damaged linen. Linens must be returned to our office within 7 days, or they will be considered lost.
